Object of Desire: Best Made's Horn Whiskey Tumblers

As you can probably tell from most everything I post, bright, intrusive colors are not my thing. I'd much rather surround myself in a 'nest' of sorts- a soft, comfortable space with an easy-on-the-eyes color palette  of whites, creams and natural wood elements. With that said, these Ankole cattle horn tumblers are right up my alley. From one of the coolest companies I know, shop Best Made here.

Currently Craving: Kate Spade Old Fashioneds

I was recently shopping at Santa Monica's Wertz Brothers Antiques (one of my favorite stores in L.A.) and found these amazing vintage Ralph Lauren old fashioned glasses. Then, I came across these even more adorable options from Kate Spade. Definitely need 8 of them, and I could only find 4 of the RL version, so these are definitely on my list. Shop here.

White Out: Kitchens

I love this collection of white kitchens for the simple reason that you can add and change accents of any type, at any time, and the space will always look fresh and clean. Dark wood finishes look richer against white; printed fabrics pop; and lighting fixtures like chandeliers stand out as sculptural elements against the neutral backdrop. I especially love the large brick-like tiles shown in some of the above, although I think I'd rather them in a bathroom. I can't wait to design my own!
