Ohm, a new residential tower on 30th Street and 11th Avenue here in Manhattan, is the latest luxury outpost in the real-estate frontier that combines live music and high-end real estate. Architect Stephen B. Jacobs, designer of the Gansevoort Hotels in New York and Miami Beach, has this new apartment building looking and acting like a boutique hotel by holding concerts for tenants in the atrium and penthouse.
